Renting a scooter is simple! Download our mobile app, sign up, and find the nearest available scooter on the map. Once you've located one, scan the QR code to unlock the scooter and start your ride. When you're done, park the scooter in an approved area and end your ride through the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a scooter. Additionally, you need to have a valid driver’s license or ID, and agree to follow local traffic laws. Helmets are provided, and we strongly encourage using them for safety.

If you encounter any technical issues during your ride, you can contact our customer support team directly through the app. We’ll help troubleshoot the problem or send someone to assist. Rest assured, we’ll make sure you’re not charged for any downtime due to equipment failure.

You can park the scooter in any legal public parking space or designated scooter drop-off area. Please avoid blocking sidewalks, driveways, or entrances. Once parked, ensure you end the ride through the app to stop charges from accruing.
